Most stores have one Klaviyo flow recovering under 5%. Real recovery is a multi-step Email + WhatsApp sequence timed to actual checkout behaviour, with proper offers, copy, and segmentation. We almost always find significant uplift on top of whatever's already running — and we don't break what's working.

How fast will I actually see results?

Audit in 48 hours. Flows live within 14 days. First recovered orders typically land in the first week of going live. The 30-day report shows you the full picture with real numbers from your Shopify account.

What does "outcome-based" actually mean here?

₹5,000 covers setup — audit, build, launch, tracking, and 30 days of monitoring. After that, our only fee is 20% of revenue the system actually recovers for you, measured inside your Shopify account. Recover nothing, owe nothing more. Recover a lot, we both win.

What access will you need to my store?

A staff account for your Shopify admin, access to your Klaviyo (or current ESP), and access to your WhatsApp BSP (Interakt, Wati, Gallabox, AiSensy — whichever you're on). If you don't have one set up yet, we'll guide you to the right one. We work inside your existing stack, not on top of it.

Why is the setup fee only ₹5,000?

Because we're new and we'd rather earn proof than ask for it. Founding pricing covers our setup time at a loss in exchange for the chance to build real case studies. After 5 clients, this pricing closes. The 20% on recovered revenue is where the real economics live for both of us.

Is this for my store? Who is the sprint actually built for?
